ULSD is the only legal highway-use diesel fuel - you cannot legally use waste oil, crude oil, kerosene, jet fuel, or off-road diesel, mixed or otherwise.
As for mixing crude oil with diesel fuel, there's a reason it's crude - it's unfiltered, unstrained, and unprocessed. First, you'll clog the oil filters, and there's a good chance you'll do the same with the oil lines, as well. From there, it depends on if you have a high or low pressure oil delivery system - well, how fast your vehicle gets shut down is dependent on it, rather.. the effect is more the same. Somehow, if you manage to get around the oil filter issue, the particulate matter clogging up and grinding inside the engine, plugging the injectors, etc., then you're still SOL if you have an EPA-2010 (or Euro 5/6) compliant engine with an aftertreatment system, because you'll plug the dosing injector and probably have to replace it, you'll plug the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst face, and you'll plug the Diesel Particulate Filter - plug them bad enough, you'll be replacing those, as well.
Just use the fuel you're supposed to use.
Crude oil is not diesel fuel - it is crude oil, and you really do not want to run this through your engine. Pre-EPA2010 diesels and off-highway diesels are able to run off waste oil if so desired, but this requires pre-heating and straining of the oil (and this is oil which is already processed, not crude oil). Aside from that, such a mixture wouldn't be legal for any on-highway applications.
You cannot burn diesel fuel in a gasoline engine period. A gasoline engine will not run on diesel. So legality is a mute point. A gasoline engine and diesel engine are totally different in design and the way fuel is burned. The fuels are not interchangeable.
Yes it does. ALL diesel has at least a little bit of sulfur in it; sulfur is in all crude oil. They could remove all the sulfur from diesel, but a slight amount is left in because it lubricates the engine. Low-sulfur diesel contains no more than 500 parts per million of sulfur. This fuel is legal to use in any engine made on or before December 31, 2006. Ultra-low-sulfur diesel contains no more than 15 parts per million of sulfur. This fuel is required for all engines made after January 1, 2007, and you can use it in any diesel engine.
Depends...by "diesel tractor" do you mean "farm tractor" or "semi tractor"? You're SUPPOSED only to put off road diesel in a farm tractor. That's why they make it. If you have put it in a semi tractor, get hold of your dispatch/brief/lawyer right away for advice on what to do. If you have a pre-2007 engine your trouble is almost exclusively legal. If your engine is 2007 or 2010 compliant, you're probably going to screw up your EGR and diesel particulate filter, which will break your engine.
No. "Vin Diesel" is the stage/professional name of the actor Mark Sinclair.

== == A highway trailor combination, pulling a 53 foot trailor, with a full legal load, and equipped with a commercial diesel engine of 300 to 400 hp, will get about 5 to 6 miles to the US gallon of diesel fuel, less in the mountains.
Many things affect China's legal system.
The maximum speed would be only fifty five on all major highways because that is the legal speed limit.
