It's not a very good idea to eat fewer than your daily points target. It's calculated to allow you to lose weight but to get enough calories, fat and fiber to remain healthy and energetic. Eating too little can also slow down your metabolism and means you'll lose muscle too, rather than just fat.

Yes, the program has been very successful and healthy. You are given a certain amount of points you can consume daily. The healthier the food is, the less points it is.
Eggs are 2 points each and bacon is 1 point per slice. The bread varies but for the most part it is 2 points per slice. So 7 would be safe to say....
Fresh Vegetable Soup is only one point! The recipe can be found on the Weight Watchers website, and it is absolutely delicious! :) There are also Asian, Italian, and Mexican variations on the website that are only 1 point as well!
Fried pickles are less than one point per pickle. They also qualify for the "core" program. So they are a good food no matter which diet you are on.
1 cup of Cream Of Wheat equals 2 Weight Watchers points.
about 140-150 or less
Weight Watchers is based primarily on portion size. If you adhere to the prescribed recipes, you will eat smaller meals and therefore less calories. They are typically easy to make as well.
the amount of points you can eat in a day depends on your weight, so it will be a higher number when your first start than after you loose some weight. Since your body requires less calories to function the less weight you are carrying around with you.
Less that 180 pounds.
I would use weight watchers. It's completely safe.
