Yes, with controlled diet and exercise they can. I know that doesn't sound like the funnest way of doing it, but it is the healthiest and its far more rewarding than just paying some doctor to suck it out. Just eat normal portions. Nothing huge, like a steak at Texas Roadhouse or anything. Running also help...well any cardio. So biking could help, and so could skiing (granted you like in a cooler climate). It can be tough, but what's life without a little bit of a challenge right?

It comes as no surprise to most Americans to hear that one of the top New Year's resolutions frequently is to lose weight. Most women have specific places in their body for where they want to lose weight. For many women, their belly is their target. The best piece of advice that can be offered to every woman when looking to lose belly weight and keep it off: avoid dieting. When most people diet, they diet for a short time and then they gain back the weight they lost after a few weeks off of a diet. Instead of dieting, you should adopt a healthy daily routine that will allow you to not only lose the weight you need but keep it off for good.
