No, it is not very safe at all. A 7 months of age, the cat is still very much a kitten and pregnancies from cats that young rarely produce a healthy litter of kittens, and poses a great risk for the young cats' health and well-being. It is ideal to spay the cat before six months.

∙ 11y agoYes and no. It certainly isn't good for the kitten to have babies, but safe, likely. Cat's like adults shouldn't have babies until they have reached maturity. For a cat that is usually two years.
Please be a responsible pet owner and spay and neuter all your pets as soon as possible. 8 to 12 weeks is a good time to spay and neuter a cat.
