My neighbour told me it wasnt healthy to jump on a trampoline when your prego... Im 7 months prego, and i was searching online. And some sights even said its good to use it a little bit as a exercise. But if you arent use to being on one take it slow and don't over do it...

I think making slow jumps and bouncing , not doing trick or anything like that.. I wouldn't do it my last month only because of the movement and everything being so close.. but I think if you are 5 or 6 months it should be okay.... just don't over heat yourself or do tricks, use it wisely and you will be okay....

You cant believe everything everyone says or not even the internet... Go to your doctor, and see what they say. Every prego is different and ever person is diffferent with there own capabilitys....

Just be safe use it wisely... Im no doctor, just take it up with the doc

It can be. Jumping on a trampoline is a great cardio work out if you do so for an extended amount of time (probably 10-15 minutes or more). Trampolines can also work your muscles in new ways and build up your core by not doing common "ground-based" exercises.

However, if you plan to go for competitions and excel in trampoline then be prepared to get a lot of muscles ALL OVER! I used to be a gymnast and i just quit recently cos of the muscle gain on my thighs and calves. I would think that jumping on the trampoline on alternate days or 3x a week would be ideal.
