Shaving your arms is not bad for your health. It is a personal choice, like deciding if you want to shave your legs or not. But if you keep shaving your arm hair it will look like it's growing in faster and and of a darker color. But that's a temporary result of the cutting action of shaving.

∙ 8y agoThere are no health benefits to shaving your arms, so for most of us it's a pointless activity. But we live in a society that currently has very little tolerance for body hair, which has made shaving a common practice. If you change your mind, there is a period of rough nubs until the hair grows long enough to be soft.

Well, weirdly I put the soap on the thing then I wash my arms, then armpits, then shaving them, then belly and boobs and things then, vag then legs then shaving them... Oh and then my feet :)

Smooth Away DOESN'T work. I've shaved my arms and it came back less thick and lighter (but my arm hair was already black so...) and i haven't shaved them in a while.

it is not "bad for you" but shaving cream makes your hair stand up so it shaves easier, also if you don't use shaving cream it will cause more cuts and if you use shaving cream it moisturizes your skin!i am sure there are more reasons but those are the first i thought of
