The best way to drain any radiator is to remove the lower radiator hose from the block and/or radiator. Compress the spring clamp located on either end of the lower hose and pull back about three inches. After doing so you will be able to remove the hose from its inlet. Im not sure that there is even a drain cock for the 98 - 03 Chrysler Concorde.

If the radiator is original, LEAVE DRAIN PETCOCK ALONE !! You may NOT be be able to close it completely due to rust. Disconnect lower radiator hose instead.
If you take the grill off of the front of the vehicle you should be able to see the radiator. Look on the passenger side of the radiator, your wing nut type plug should be on the side of the radiator. The Jeep Cherokee radiator drain plug is plastic and very fragile. You should remove the lower radiator hose to drain the cooling system.
The radiator Petcock is located on the Driverside of the radiator at the bottom, if you remove the splash guard you should be able to see it.
Typically there is a Drain Valve that you manually open to drain the radiator. Caution Don't Do it When The Engine is Hot. You Also Have to Open the Radiator Cap such That the Engine Coolant can Drain from the Bottom of the Radiator. You don't have to put the car up on a jack. Sometimes you will be able to see the drain valve when you open the hood - look down either side of the radiator. You may see it but can't reach it. Sometime you have get under the car such that you are underneath the radiator, and look on either side. The drain valve may not stick out - it may be built flush to the radiator.
On the lower reservoir of the radiator. You should be able to see it looking from under the hood on the driver's side.
Drain plug for the radiator for Mazda Tribute 2001 is located on the right side bottom of the radiator. You'll need to remove the right side mud guard to be able to access it.
Remove the lower radiator hose, but make sure your able to contain the coolant to prevent splashing everywhere. ----------- Or, you can remove the drain bolt from the underside of the radiator to drain some of the fluid, and remove the drain bolt from the engine block to get a lot of the rest. To get everything out, you'd either need a flushing machine or you need to flush the system manually. Replace with 50% distilled water and 50% of an antifreeze reccommended for your car.
youl probabely need a new block but you mite be able to weld it up with the tig but youl have to drain it
Normally there under the radiator, most likely on the driver side in the corner of the radiator,it will look like a twist cap you should be able to undo it with your hands
You have to remove the lower hose from radiator. It is not low enaugh so you'll be able to drain no more then half of the coolent fluid. If you want to remove all of it, the only way is by removing the coolent pump, but it is not adviseble, because it is driven by the timing belt.
