The fuel tank size on a Chevrolet Impala from 2002 to 2013 is average 17.5 gallons. The fuel tanks from 2005 to 2008 were only 16.5 gallon tanks, though.

Lots of things could be the culprit however the usual problem is sulfur buildup on the sending unit. If you run Seafoam or Techron though the tank it should fix the problem after a couple of tanks. Flying with cluster headache is not much more difficult than generally living life with cluster headache. Oxygen tanks (usually the preferred therapy for cluster headaches) can be taken on board a plane because it is medical equipment. So can injections and other medicines, etc. Some airlines require a fee be paid for oxygen tanks to ride with a passenger. Contact the airline and ask for specific instructions for the flight you will be taking.
