Yes, The 4 wheel drive on the blazers are electronic over vaccum. It sounds like you have a vaccum leak. Check the vaccum canister for holes. Blazers are notorius for holes in the vaccum canister. It is located under the hood divers side around the master cylinder. It will be a black plastic round container
