it's not like eating chocolate coverred in bacon or anything SERIOUSLY BAD like that, but it is just slightly higher in all the things you should limit.
it was only about two months ago when i weighed about a stone more than what i weigh now, and i had enough of weighing what i weighed, so instead of just starving myself or going on a fad diet, i just changed my life style almost completely. and one of the foods i changed was: no more white bread! just the brown stuff! because white bread is slightly higher in fat,sugar,salt and it's about 40 more calories than brown bread.
