not sure but check under hood in fuse box or inside panel of car use test light to check all fuses if you have no diagram

could be thermostat or heater fan if you can hear all the speeds on the blower motor working then it could be your thermostat but your heater core might be plugged as well
Under the fuse box under the bonnet. The gold colour (in my car atleast) block. Has 4 female pins.
The blower motor relay switch in the Honda Civic is located at the center of the engine closest to the firewall. The relay is engaged when the ignition is turned to the on position.
The block heater, on your 2001 Honda Civic, can be found on the front of the engine block. The engine block heater cord is mounted just below the front grill.
There are a couple of reasons why a Honda Civic heater fan is not working. The fan motor may of blown or a fuse needs to be replaced.

It seems to be a common problem with alot of Honda vehicles for the climate control fan to stop working, it is most likely either the blower resistor or the blower motor that will need replaced, I have had the same problem on my 2004 civic and it ended up being the blower resistor wich for some reason can only be purchased at a Honda dealership, good luck and hope this helps you a little.
