Is the door lock fuse the one marked accessory in ipm box on a 2005 dodge caravan?

No. If the locks are inoperative you probably need to have the
software updated in the BCM at the dealer. This is a very common
problem.
To fix the problem of the automatic door locks not working
anymore - I had the same problem. I found the answer on-line and
you can fix it yourself in just a couple of minutes. Remove the
fuse cover under the hood. Locate the 20amp IOD fuse and remove it.
Wait a couple of minutes and plug it back in. This should fix the
problem. The fix worked for me about 8 months before I had to do it
again.

Automatic door locks not working?

Unknown if you are referring to the keychain 'remote' or the
vehicle switch.
If the remote: Check the battery in the remote for need of
replacement, if it still doesn't work, check the fuse for the auto
locks in the vehicle fuse box.
If the vehicle switch: check the auto lock fuse in the fuse box,
if good then the switch itself is bad.
