hi have just been through this aswell. i had to make my own tdc mark and set up the front cam buy pointing the cam gear locator pin to the arrow on the front cam cap.
Remove the centre bolt the pulley should then slide off. You may need to gently tap the pulley with a soft faced hammer to loosen it.
the oil pump is located behind the cranckshaft pulley and takes its drive from the crank itself, search for this file 6g72.pdf it will help
The crankshaft pulley has broken causing the outer ring to slide forward into the fan assy. replace your crankshaft pulley and all will be well

there is a line on bottom engine pully behind belt pulley and there are dots on the cam shaft gear's at the top line these up with the marks on engine

Use a strap wrench or chain wrench on the pulley to hold it secure.
n way around it you have to pull the radiator to get the puller on the pulley

It is mounted just above the crankshaft pulley on the front of the engine.It is mounted just above the crankshaft pulley on the front of the engine.
on the crank pulley mark to the cut out on the sump/ block casing, the diesel pump pulley mark to the raised plastic lug on the rear cam belt casing, the cam is timed up through the vacume pump housing by a dowl hole
