If the Congress overrides the veto by a two-thirds majority in each house, it becomes law without the President's signature. Otherwise, the bill fails to become law unless it is presented to the President again and he chooses to sign it.
Or you can read the Constitution. Article 1 Section 7 Clause 3

Override
Pocket veto
The US Congress can pass a law despite a President's veto by vote of a 2/3 majority in each House of the Congress.
If both houses of congress vote by 2/3 to override a presidential veto, it automatically becomes law despite the President's veto.
veto
The president does not veto laws. He can veto bills before they become law and if he does, the bill is sent back to Congress with his objections for re-consideration. If they pass it again with a 2/3 majority in both houses it becomes law despite the veto. Otherwise, the bill dies without becoming law.
Congress can pass a BILL over the President's veto making it a law.
No. Only the president can veto, but Congress can not send the law to him and that will stop it.
The president can not veto an actual law. He can veto a proposed law or bill and prevent it from becoming a law unless Congress passes it again , this second time with two-thirds of the members of both houses of Congress voting in its favor.
