The upper engine mount is on the passenger side of the vehicle right in the middle of the engine. There are 5 bolts holding it on. The bolts are a size 15mm deep socket.
Remove the two bolts on either side.
Jack up the engine from the bottom, underneath the oil pan, using a piece of wood between the jack and pan.
Now remove the 3 bolts holding the mount to the engine. Replace the mount. Screw 3 bolts back in.
Lower the engine and screw the two side bolts back in.
check your fuses, if not, replace the window motor located in the door.
the relay is part of the wiper motor assembly. if the fuses are good, and there is voltage at the motor, then you must replace the motor
The 1992 Saturn wiper motor is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The wiper motor will be in the center of the firewall.

The thermostat on a 1995 Saturn SL1 is located on top of the motor. The largest hose coming off the radiator will have to be loosened to access the thermostat housing on the motor.
The lower motor mount is located on the driver side attached to the transmission.

The cost to replace the motor mounts on a 2000 Saturn SL2 ranges from $500 to $1,000. The high costs are due to the labor intensive process of disconnecting and raising the engine assembly.
