I don't think anyone should be a slave because of their colour or ethnicity. What happened years ago to the black population was absoloutly disgusting and thankfully, in developed countries such as ours, slavery has been abolished! It wouldn't make it right to "even the score" as such and to make white people slaves. Firstly, as mentioned, its been abolished, and secondly, I think the majoirity of black people would think it foolish to do so anyway. Oppression isn't right for anybody.

Of course not. The only reason why black people were slaves was because they were naive compared to the white people. They were quite primitive compared to the white and their own technology. They spoke different languages and did different rituals. So what the Europeans did, which was horrible, was trick them into being their slaves one way or another. It is similar to Christopher Columbus's meeting with the Indians when he went to the Bahamas. Christopher Columbus actually said that the Indians were "...like infants..." for holding the sharp edge of his sword. The people being of different skin color helped them to be able to differentiate them from each other. Europeans even did treated people of similar skin color like that because the are poor. It had nothing to do with their skin color, just how smart they were. Many years being with the whites though caused them to be understand much more that they shouldn't be slaves and they were freed.

Long story short: no. Nobody should be in bondage because of history and tension. No one should be anyone's slave. That was what we settled with many years of activism and trials. People like Martin Luther King Jr. and Fredrick Douglas wanted everyone to live in harmony. Now if you are asking what it would of been like to be in the shoes of blacks back then, that is a different story. Hearing and seeing it is enough torture for some people, making them work would just be horrible.
