It could be the bulb(s), or possibly a faulty connection but if all bulbs are ok, it's probably the turn signal.
check for an open fuse or check the vss (vehicle speed sensor)
There are several red flags that can indicate overdrive is not working on an automatic vehicle. If a car is shifting in and out of gear or out of overdrive is usually the first signal of a problem. Other signals include low fluid levels and and erratic temperature sensor.
im not familair with that make of vehicle but. the brake lights anf the signals are supposed to be separte. they both plug into a harness near the back of the vehicle. if your brake lights are working with your signals, you might have something crossed. take it to an expert you trusst and let them check it out.
Often a fast-flashing turn indicator (inside the car) means either the front or rear turn signal bulb is burned out. Check the actual turn signals and see if they are working. If not, just replace the bulb.

If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
