The heater in your 95 Chevy Corsica suddenly stopped it only blows out cold air why?

In order for the heater to work, the radiator needs to be full of coolant; if it is , then run engine for 20 minutes and check temp gauge; is it at operating temperature? If not replace the engine thermostat; if it is at operating temperature then take your hand and place it on both heater hoses; are the both hot? if only one is hot then your heater core is plugged and it will need to be flushed or replaced if you cannot flush it.( The heater hoses are on the passenger side and go thru the firewall) I hope this helps you.
