To replace your knock sensor where is is located on a 97 Nissan Maxima?

It's under the intake manifold and the knock sensor costs about $120. (It's just a stupid expensive magnet.) I had my mechanic put it in because the intake manifold involves taking a lot of other stuff apart. You'll probably have to replace your intake gaskets too like I did.
You dont have to take anything apart all you need is a swivle
