I have seen results of many Diet Reviews and have tried many of those diets myself. The HCG diet is an excellent one but a little difficult to handle a 500 calorie diet. The South Beach Diet seems to be quite popular and is much healthier in that your body is eating the proper amount of food needed to function. And of course the Atkin's Diet is always a popular one along with many many others.
