with the two bolts removed you will have to pull on the light there is a locking tab in about the middle of the side of the light that holds it in.
Let your tail gate down and there will be two screws holding your taillight on. Remove those and your taillight will pop out.

yes the taillight does in fact have a cicuit board. Once you take off the two bolts to remove the entire fixture the circuit board is the long plastic piece with the 4 screws holding in your 3 light bulbs
open tailgate,look for two screws between light and tailgate,remove screws and pry out light pulling straight back.
