We have a 94 Dodge Intrepid 3.3L V6 automatic we've replaced plugs and wires and coil pack and it shakes and sputters when idling and accelerating and there's also a clicking noise coming from exhaust?

Just a thought but if you switched your wires then it would really shake and rattle retrace all the wires and make sure none are crossed I assume this problem was present before you replaced the electrical parts. I would have a leak down test done on this vehicle to rule out a blown head gasket.
