Hey guys, this is the original poster and I'm just wondering what all I'm going to need to prepare for when taking the responsibilities of renting an apartment.
I'm 17 years old and this is my life-changing step to becoming an adult.
What I understand so far is that I need to pay for:
-rent
-gas (heat)
-electric
-cell phone (no landlines)
-food
-washing clothes
-monthly bus pass (seeing as how I don't have a car.)
Those are just my needs. Any other money I can somewhat save up for will be my own personal business as it doesn't pertain to my necessity payments. I'm sure anyone else would agree. Although, I would imagine that most would recommend saving up just incase there are those little jams one would come across.
Any help whatsoever is GREATLY appreciated and is welcomed with a "Thank you." in advance!
This website seems legit and I trust those who offer their advice.
Speaking from exp...I have moved at least once a year for the last 10 years. You need to make sure to ask the apartment complex what utilities are included in the rent. If none - you need to add water to your list and you may want to think about cable/internet. If you are worried about your stuff, you may also want to think about renter's insurance...this is usually relatively cheap.
Yes, because your phone takes batteries and batteries are not connected to the electric.
Yes
Electric circuits are everywhere. In your car, home, office, your digital watch, your cell phone and on and on. The electric circuit that makes up your cell phone provides the local user interface and connects to a cell tower to allow you to make and receive calls.
Cell phone tracking refers to the attaining of the current location of a mobile phone, stationary or moving. Not all phones have this option. To check if you phone does, or look into purchase a phone with this capability, check with your cell phone provider.
If you are talking about moving your contacts from one phone to another, this can be done on a GSM phone simply by changing the sim card. There are also services who do this for you out there if you don't have GSM.
A high level of accuracy is important to cell phone and electric power grids in order to keep it running efficiently and to get the power to the consumers.
When you see 2g and 3g on your cell phone, your car is traveling through different signal strengths.
Do you mean "domicile"? Domicile generally refers to the place of residence, i.e. - the apartment, house, or whatever.

No. This only relates to the use of a cell phone while driving.
You plug them in and charge then like a cell phone, Their trying to create charging stations like gas stations but for electric car(:
Henry Sampson didn't invent the cellular phone, a man by the name of Martin Cooper did. Henry Sampson did invent the PHOTO ELECTRIC CELL, which has nothing in common with the cell phone.
