Be careful though, because if you cook your vegetables in butter, and garlic salt, then they become less nutritious because you are cooking out all of the nutrients and minerals, and adding one of the worst foods for you. (butter) Or if you decide to keep your veggies raw, do not think that putting loads of cream cheese on your celery, or ranch dressing on your carrots is still considered "eating healthy." You are just adding unwanted fat and calories that do not need to be there. Try your best to eat all of your fruits and vegetables plain. You will live, you will not die. If you absolutely need to dip your fruit or veggies in something to make it more sweet, then use 1 tbs. of peanut butter. When I say "eat high protein and fiber meats," that does not mean to go to McDonalds or Burger King, order a Bg Mac, and take the bread off of the meat. No, no, no. This is very unhealthy and is ALOT of calories still with the bread off. Eat steak, and grilled chicken. Those are probably the best for you "meats." (Even though chicken is not a meat, it is poultry, you get the idea.) Of course you do not have to only eat fruits, vegetables, and meat 24/7. These are just the healthiest foods that you can possibly get. Rememebr to add calcium and carbs (a good number of carbs) to your diet.
