That is a pretty varied and wide board to answer on. There are numerous 'duties' that a female follower of Islam is expected to carry out, on a range of different issues from religous practice, to dresscode, to the home, even to how they view the world and interact with it's inhabitants. More specific details on which duties or what aspect you're curious about would be greatly appreciated but on the whole, a Muslim woman is expected to follow the basic rules (ie the five pillars) of Islam and to represent the faith in accordance with hadith/ruling through their behaviour, their appearance and their lifestyle. For example - modesty in all aspects of life is a primary duty to women (as well as men) in Islam.

By the the fact that women can give birth shows that women are not created same like a man. In Islam a women are treated differently from men.Women not supposed to work,they supposed to stay at home and look after children,cook etc.A women is not created to work,A man is created to work.Islam has elevated the status of a women,Unlike in the western culture.For a women that has to work,it is so hard because she has to see to the needs of her children,do the house chores and work,while the man has to only work.Islam has brought a balance.The man works and the women does her house work.
