i suppose the classic London dish...especially in east London iseither jellied eels or pie, MASH and liquor, liquor being some horrible looking green slime, other than that i cannot really think of a particular dish that is identifyable with London, there is always the UK's favorite...chicken tikka masala and the classic fish and chips.
