Doing one's own work is the best physical activity to keep yourself fit and healthy. In olden days people had to search/prepare their own food and had to do all their work by themselves. This always challenged their body and allowed it to stay strong and fit. But today most of the work is carried over by gadgets and we just enjoy our relaxing mood.If we learn to relax at the right times and do at least some of our work like getting food items, cooking, washing and some walking in early mornings, it should be more than enought to maintain a healthy life
