What causes a 1997 Olds Achieva engine to run good for 15-20 minutes then jerk and stutter like it is not getting enough gas but the fuel and air filters coil pack map and O2 sensors have been changed?

Might sound silly but you didn't mention. Did you change the spark plugs and plugs boot? Check out this link: http://en.allexperts.com/q/Oldsmobile-Buick-Repair-826/97-Achieva-ignition.htm Try changing the plugs and plug boots if you haven't, you might be surprised. You may also want to chek the catalytic convertor.
