Second class
The Triceps brachii
you use the triceps anytime you are doing a pressing moment
The muscles used in a shoulder press are the deltoids and triceps. In a more complex manner, these are the following muscles and what time of mover they are (primary, stabilizer or secondary): Primary Movers:Anterior Deltoid Secondary Movers Lateral DeltoidSupraspinatusTriceps Brachii (the triceps is actually only a two headed muscle)Middle TrapeziusPectoralis Major Stabilizers: Long head of the tricepsShort head of biceps brachii (funnily enough the biceps is a three headed muscle)Upper trapezius
You can do push-ups without using triceps muscle.
The muscles that are in your arms
You can do a very good triceps workout using some dumbbells and weights and just doing some skiing position movement which is easy and effective and very fast.
There are five muscles worked when doing a triceps extension. The main muscle is, obviously, the triceps. Secondary muscles that are worked are the deltoid, pectorals major, latissimus dorsi, and teres major.
doing sit-ups is a basic yet very effective excersize for the abs!
pecks, triceps, biceps, upper back, and part of your abs i do believe.
The muscles of the chest, the triceps, and some involvement of the posterior (front) deltoids (shoulders)
I would say mostly shoulders (mostly your front delts) and triceps
Depends what type of exercise you are doing. You could be working out your Biceps, Triceps, Abdominals etc.
