You've got a short in the circuit somewhere. Could be a bare wire around the starter or a short in the ignition switch.
It could be your courtesy light fuse. See my answer on horn blowing continously. It is really hard to explain what the problem is.
the only thing i could find is check for water in the lens
There are a couple of reasons why a headlight keeps blowing on a 2001 HyundaiÊ Elantra. There could be a problem with the ground circuit or the connector.

The fuel filter could be located on the drivers side frame rail , possibly close to the drivers door if you have a gasoline engine under the hood.
If a 1988 Lincoln Town Car is blowing both hot and cold air when the air conditioning is on, there could be a problem with the thermostat. There might also be a problem with the level of refrigerant in the air conditioning pump.
The most likely cause of no air blowing out of the air conditioner is a bad fan motor. It could also be a blown fuse, electrical short, or control panel. These are a few places to start looking for the problem.
