What could be the reason for pain in the right testicle and rashes on it on the inner thigh that started on the right and now spread to the left and blood in the semen and feeling sore when urinating?

See a doctor, a urologist, who specialises in that area of the body. Hello. This sounds like you have a few things going on with your genitalia. The blood in semem may be a urinary tract infection and one that needs to be investaigted by your doctor. You must see your doctor about this. Trust me on this ok. If you think its uncomfortable now, wait a few days and your run to the doctor. So please go to the doctor this week for this and everything else. The pain in your right testicle is most likely related to the blood in your semem. The rashes sounds like a infection, possibly STD or fungal infection caused by the UTI. Good luck at the doctors ok. Why bother adding this? He has already been told to see a doctor.
