Those with 50 or less seats are Romania, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Bulgaria, Finland, Denmark, Slovakia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Estonia, Luxembourg, and Malta.
