None were invaded in the military 'invasion' sense prior to 1938.

Austria was absorbed voluntarily into Greater Germany. The Munich pact that involved France and Britain allowed Germany to take over portions of Czechoslovakia in 1938.

Possibly it could be called 'invasion' in that in latter 1938 Germany did take over most the non-Munich portions of Bohemia and Slovakia - placing them under 'protectorate status', similar to the multitude of colonies 'protected' by France, Russia and Britain. In addition to Germany, Hungary and Poland also sliced off small parts of Slovakia for themselves.

Germany did not really invade any nation until Sept. 1, 1939 when the war with Poland began. Germany in this regard was late to the game since Poland, Italy, Japan and Russia had all increased their respective territories prior to Germany by direct invasion of neighbors or colonies.

Czechoslovakia was invaded in two steps.

Austria was annexed 1938 with public consent.

When invasion of Poland started, UK and France declared war on Germany 3/9 1939 , and WWII was officially begun as a multilateral war. Also Soviet Union helped to invade Poland in sept 1939.

Not generally known was the occupation of "Memelland" in Lithuania early in 1939. Hitler triumphantly entered the city of Memel having travelled there in the pocket battleship Admiral Graf Spee. This I think was his only naval adventure.

Hitler first annexed Austria in 1938 along with the German-speaking area of Czechoslovakia called the Sudetenland in the same year. Following the annexation of the Sudetenland, Hitler launched a full-scale invasion of Czechoslovakia. Then on September 1, 1939 Hitler invaded Poland.

On September 3, 1939 Great Britain declared war on Germany, followed by France on the same day.
