Buddhists are found among all the world's people.

Most cultures in the world have Buddhist followers and accept them. Buddhism is least prevalent in Africa, Ilamic countries in the Middle East and most prevalent in Asia.

Belief in Buddhism is not a cultural matter. People of all backgrounds and nationalities are Buddhists. As Buddhism started in India and spread initially throughout Asia, many people from that part of the world are Buddhists, but they have no exclusivity on it.
