You can get a copy of your birth certificate from the registar of those records in the country where you were born. Depending on the country, you MAY be able to order one (and pay for it, they are not free) on the internet. My wife is a British subject, and when we needed a copy of her birth certificate, we were able to get one from the UK.

You are 15 want to know if you can use your birth certificate to travel from New York to Canada?

No. A birth certificate is not valid for international travel. A US citizen can enter Canada by air only with a passport. By land or sea, you can enter with a US passport card, "enhanced" drivers license, or "enhanced" non-driver ID.

How can you take your friend to Canada when she lost her birth certificate.. She lost her birth certificate and she's from California so she can't order a new one. We need it before Friday October 21?

Your friend cannot travel across international borders if she does not have adequate documentation. First of all, a birth certificate will not help you get across an international border. If she does not have a passport, US passport card, "enhanced" drivers license or "enhanced" non-driver ID, then she will not be permitted to enter Canada.

Non citizen CHILD of a US citizen will became citizen?

Yes, if the child was born outside the US and one of the biological parents was a US citizen, you should go to the nearest embassy or consulate general of the US and register the child's birth so that he or she can officially be a US citizen (they are entitled to automatic US citizenship). If the child is born in the US, the birth certificate of the child is the proof of citizenship and no other paperwork is required. If the child was not the biological child of a US citizen (he or she was adopted, or belong to a non-citizen spouse that the US citizen has married), then the US citizen will have to apply for a US permanent residency visa for that child. The child is then eligible to become a naturalized US citizen after they turn 18 OR have lived in the US for 5 years, whichever comes later.

Can a non legal US Citizen get custody of a child if he has signed the birth certificate?

As opposed to leaving the child in the care of a dangerous mother with convictions of fatal child abuse? It full depends on the circumstances of the case. Is it in the best interest of the child that he have custody?

Do you have to married for the non biological father to sign child's birth certificate in Texas?

Except in an adoption, there is no such person as a "non biological father." The only man who should be signing a birth certificate is the child's biological father. Any other man who signs it is making an illegal statement.

Can you enter the US with a us birth certificate from Canada?

No, to your question about an expired passport. I'm sure you can't mean "expired birth certificate", even if that's what your wording suggests. However, a birth certificate alone won't get you into the USA.
