Not sure what a TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) sensor is. There is however a TCC relay and a TCC solenoid. The TCC relay is found in the relay/fuse center and the TCC solenoid is located inside the transmission.
what is the tcc
The tcc switch (tcc brake switch) is located under the dash near the brake pedal. The tcc solenoid is located under the side cover in the transmission/transaxle. The Torque Converter Clutch, (TCC) solenoid is what actually causes the TCC to engage and disengage. When the TCC solenoid receives a signal from the ECM, it opens a passage in the valve body and hydraulic fluid applies the TCC. When the ECM signal stops, the solenoid closes the valve and pressure is vented causing the TCC to disengage. If the TCC fails to disengage when the vehicle comes to a stop, the engine will stall. This is a common problem with older GM vehicles.

Inside the transmission.
The TCC solenoid on a 1995 Caprice Classic is located in front of the transmission. It is bolted to the bottom of the pump.
