That depends on why it's flashing. Your best bet is to take it to a service center; it's probably not something you can fix yourself.

My parents have this problem on their 99 Sienna. They got an estimate of an outrageous amount to fix the problem, because it involved disassembling the dash to reach the control for the seatbelt indicator, plus replacing a sensor. They've decided it's not worth it and have learned to ignore the annoying flashing light. Sorry.
by changing the alternator

A red flashing hand light in a Ford falcon is an indication of the engine running hot. The most common way to fix it is to add coolant to the radiator.
The flashing D indicates a problem with the transmission sensor. Typically it is a shift sensor warning. A qualified mechanic with the proper tools can diagnose the exact error message and replace the offending part. What is the cost to fix?
The Engine Immobilizer Indicator Light is supposed to flash continually when your key is removed from the ignition because it is part of the security/alarm system. The engine immobilizer is the " kill switch " that will not allow the engine to be started without your key which has a microchip in the top ( the black part of the key ). When the EII Light is flashing it indicates that that part of the alarm system is active and working. If the light does not blink when key is removed THEN it needs to be fixed.
Start with replacing the bulb.
