The MAF sensor has low voltage, Sensor may be bad ____________________________________________________________________________________ More than likely the MAF-Mass Air Flow Sensor (located in the air intake hosing just after the air filter box)is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Brake parts cleaner is what works well. You will see 1 of 2 things. Either a manual pivoting gate (Ford) or two small wire-like sensors. The wire-like sensors will have "crud" on them or the gate will not pivot or swing freely. Clean the connector! Y-THINK-Y

Why voltage leads in Inductor?

Maximum induced voltage occurs when the current is changing at its greatest rate -this occurs when the current passes through zero. Since this voltage acts to oppose current flow, this maximum voltage acts in the negative sense when the current is acting in the positive direction. Since the supply voltage is equal, but opposite, the induced voltage, it is maximum when the current is zero -so leads by 90 degrees.

What would happen if they was no resistance?

current would go to a maximum, (if there was voltage present), if there was no voltage, no current would flow. the only thing that would limit the current flow (if voltage is present) is the small resistance of the cables, but say there was no resistance it would be like in a short circuit maximum current would flow at the instant voltage is applied. that is why RCD's work as they should, you want the most amount of current to flow at once because otherwise if the current was limited it would not trip in time to stop someone getting electrocuted.

What is mean't by Reverse voltage?

Reverse voltage is voltage is applied in reverse. Instead of the positive voltage going into the anode lead of a component, it goes into the cathode lead of the component.

Why does a rectifier diode is not operated in breakdown voltage?

The breakdown voltage of a diode is the minimum voltage at which it conducts in both directions. If you have a 100-volt rectifier diode (1N4002) and you wire it into a 110v circuit, it will flow current in both directions and you'll get no rectification.

How does voltage cause flow in a circuit?

This causes flow because voltage is what powers a circuit

How much current flow in 1 watt bulb?

Everything Depends on the voltage supply ...... Current flow (Amp) = Watt / Voltage the Current flow will be 1 amp if voltage is 1 V the Current flow will be 0.5 amp if voltage is 2 V the Current flow will be 0.25 amp if voltage is 4 V and so on.......

Why do you always speak about voltage drop and not current?

Voltage is like the pressure in your hose pipe. Current is the flow of charge and equivalent to the rate of flow of the water. Due to resistance to the water in the pipe, the pressure of the water will reduce along the length of the pipe but the quantity of litres flowing in the pipe will not change. So voltage will be maximum at the source of the voltage but as you move along the conductor there is voltage drop due to the resistance of the conductor. However, the current is same at all points along the conductor (the flow of charge is uniform at all points)

What is the maximum inductor voltage when the inductor current is decreasing?

depending on the stray capacitance it can be from a few ten volts to a few kilo volts.

Is voltage a flow of electricity?

no...current is a flow of electricity
