It's a toss up between children, women, and animals. Although many children across the world get abused and many animals as well, throughout history, it has always been women who get the rough end of a lot of stuff. Which is why I would say women are the most abused throughout the world, especially in third-world countries (Middle East). I recently came across a research with BBC that said Africa is at the highest rate of women abuse, along with Muslims (taliban), etc. However, it obviously goes on in every country--United States, Canada, Mexico, European countries, etc; not only those countries.
