Vehicles (mostly from Australia and Europe, although some commercial vehicles do come from North and South America, and it's not uncommon to see American LHD trucks on South African roads), clothing items, CDs, DVDs, electronics.. essentially, most of what you'd see imported into America or Europe.

I think your misunderstanding the difference between import and export. If your question was " Which products does South Africa export to China?" I would say agriculture, Dairy products, diamonds, Gold, platinum, Coal, language training services, vehicles, wine, and many other Natural Resources.
