That point is about 345 ft due east of the centerline of High Street, and 120 ft due north of
the centerline of Dodge Court, just west of Rt-128 in Danvers, MA.
(When I commuted up 128 from Needham in one of many past lives, I got off at Burlington,
so seldom saw that part of the beautiful Boston area.)
That point is in the south half of the small block bounded by Cambridge St,
Essex St, Botts Ct, and Chestnut St, just south of the Ropes Mansion and
Gardens, in Salem, Massachusetts.
Unless I miss my guess, it looks like a pair of geographic coordinates that describes
the location of a unique point on the Earth's surface.
If I interpret it that way and go to my reference scrolls to identify the point, I find
that it's in the Atlantic Ocean just off shore from Cape Cod, almost exactly 1.0 mile
east of Ballston Beach along Pamet Road in Truro MA.
McGrath Blvd and Library Lane, Worcester, MA
That point is about 250-ft north and slightly west of the center of the intersection
of 8th Ave and Seneca St, just east of I-5, in Seattle, Washington.
