What is a different between fast food or junk food?

most foods that are thought of as 'fast food' also tend to be junk food although some are better than others and a few significantly so.

foods that are high in saturated fats are the ones to avoid, especially fried foods - you know the ones - fried chicken, fries, burgers etc and worse still when smothered in cheese or sauces which are often filled with sugars.

healthier options include subway, where you can choose lean meats such as turkey breast and pile up on healthy salads, by avoiding the cheese and sauces the only remotely 'bad' part is the bread it comes in, but you can still enjoy a 6" sub at only 240 cals!
