Primarily the same as it is in Judaism/Hebrewism. The only differences is the level of revelation and the opportunity to include all mankind into Salvation. In the New Covenant which now includes the Gentiles, the gift of God's Holy Spirit is freely available to all who repent and are baptized to follow Jesus Christ.
