Either you have a leak at the reservoir, or someplace else in your cooling system. You may also have a bad water pump that is leaking. And lastly you may have a blown head gasket that can be very serious. Find this leak ASAP. If you find you have a blown head gasket, stop driving the vehicle until it is repaired. Serious engine damage will occur if you continue to drive it.
