It's your opinion. I prefer the USA. I prefer Russia. It is all up to personal tastes, beliefs, and ideals. It could also be because of the countries landscape or historical attractions. Another thing it could depend on would be if you were looking for a new place to live or just a place to visit. When moving you should be sure to research the local job market, the atmosphere of the city, the government of the the country and their policies towards Immigration.
