You slim down hips and thighs by moving your hips and thighs. Sorry, there's no shortcut around it. Running, walking, climbing stairs, leg lifts, lunges, leg press exercises at the gym, rollerblading and ice skating, horseback riding, cycling... Any way you cut it, the key is move, move, move! Supposing you weighed in around 160 pounds, if you rollerblade at a decent speed for one hour you'll burn up to 913 calories. Now of course, these numbers will change depending on your own weight, but that's just an example. 913 calories sounds like a lot, and burning that in an hour is great, but you totally undo everything you just burnt if after that exercise you come home and eat pepperoni Pizza (Pizza Hut: 203 calories per SLICE) and guzzle sodas.

So to slim down keep in mind: Calories in have to be equal or LESS than calories being burned daily. You'll burn calories doing your daily activities, sure, but the bulk are whild you work out.

there is no magic solution: eat less! however this worked for me:

morning: only fruit noon: as much vegetables as possible - avoid chips, Hamburgers etc afternoon: again piece of fruit evening: soup with bread

it is better to eat small portions frequently than to eat bigger portions but only say 3 times in a day

when feeling hungry: eat fruit!

you can also powerwalk because you can loose more weight than from running, and do at at least 30 lunges a day

Drink 8 glasses of water every day - it boosts metabolism, makes skin clearlier, educt toxins

The only way to lose fat off of one specific body part is through Liposuction. Exercise cannot spot reduce fat. The only way to lose fat off of a specific area without surgery is to lower the overall body fat percentage of your entire body through diet and exercise.
