In one way the question makes no sense, because "clean" is an ill-defined term.

One candidate might be computer chip factories, since even slight contaminants can ruin very expensive chips. Another might be biosafety level 4 laboratories, which work with agents which are known to cause severe to fatal diseases in humans and for which vaccines and other treatments are not available.
