remove the radio, and get the serial number. then go to the nearest dealership and they will give you the code to unlock the radio. i would also recomend writing it down and keeping it in the car, as i am sure you will experience this problem again

We bought ours from someone who didn't have the code BUT they had some work orders from a dealer and under the comment section the code was listed. It will say RC then it will have 4 numbers.
