I was stationed at Ft.Polk and have a lot of friends from New Orleans so I've heard a lil about this one.The saying is if you go to a house where a woman cooks red sauce don't eat it.It's a superstition that the woman put some of her menstrual blood in the sauce and if you eat it you will never leave her.Voodoo only works if you believe in it .
