What is the easiest way to change a air conditioner belt on a 1996 Dodge Intrepid?

Loosen the tensioner/ Idle pulley on the lower left of the front of the engine (when facing the car, below the AC compressor). The adjusting bolt for loosening the idle pulley to reduce the tension on the belt is easily access from under the car. Use a socket and ratchet driver or an adjustable wrench to loosen the bolt until there is no tension on the belt or until you can easily remove the belt. If the bolt appears to be rusted, spray some WD40 or liquid wrench to loosen up the rust. After spraying the bolt, let it soak for a bit then procede with what was previously mentioned. It is highly recommended that you obtain a Hanes automotive manual for the car.
